What does this mean? It means that you are more than an email address and a credit card number. I started this business many years ago while in a treatment center myself and I quickly became the guy to see there for beads while waiting on your own bead order to arrive. Beading saved my life and gave me a life. Beading gave me the means to provide a quality of life for myself and my family. Beading provided a means for me to express my Spirit to the universe while being a part of the creation process. 

 

PEOPLE BEFORE PROFIT means that this company is not profit driven, it also means I am not a business man. It means I will pay attention to the details of your order to make sure you are getting exactly what you need, at a competitive price, so you can also provide a quality of life for yourself and your loved ones.

 

PEOPLE BEFORE PROFIT means I don't want your money, I want your business. One of the things about business my dad taught me was "Don't focus on money as much as you focus on business. Conduct good business, fair business and and honest business. If you do that and focus on the business, you will always have business and not have to worry about money". That was over 50 years ago. Smartest man I've ever known.

 

PEOPLE BEFORE PROFIT means it's more important to me that a customer finds what they are looking for, even if I need to send them to a "competitor" because I'm not in competition with anyone, I want us all to succeed.

 

PEOPLE BEFORE PROFIT means I won't be satisfied with an order until my client is, and that's a promise.
